Reach the Aventura Moving office
During business hours (Mon-Sat 7 AM-8 PM, FL time) a coordinator picks up directly. After-hours messages get returned by 9 AM the next business day. For urgent same-day moves, call the office line first — we keep one crew on call between November and April for the snowbird-season scramble.
What to have ready when you call
- Pickup address (including building name for Aventura/Sunny Isles condos — we know most of them)
- Destination address, and target move date with one alternate
- Approximate inventory — rooms, oversized items (piano, art, safe), packing scope
- Building constraints if known: freight elevator window, COI deadline, parking permit needs
Where the office sits
Our administrative office is at 19495 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 600, Aventura, FL 33180 — between the Greynolds Park corridor and the Aventura Mall area, about 8 minutes from the heart of Aventura proper. Trucks dispatch out of a separate yard in Doral.
