Moving in Hallandale Beach, FL
Hallandale Beach is the city just north of Aventura across the Broward county line — the Diplomat resort complex, the Gulfstream Park area, the Three Islands waterfront, and the East side along the ICW. We move in and out of Hallandale weekly, with most jobs concentrated in the high-rise condo belt along Hallandale Beach Blvd and in the older single-family inland neighborhoods.
What’s different about Hallandale moves
- Broward County HOAs. Some Hallandale buildings (Beach Club, Diplomat Beach Resort, Olympus) have different COI templates than Aventura — we keep both on file
- Inland vs beach side. West Hallandale (Three Islands, Golden Isles) is older single-family and townhomes — different equipment, longer carries from parking
- Cross-county logistics. Moves Hallandale → Aventura or Aventura → Hallandale cross the Broward/Miami-Dade line; intrastate but still a registered move under FL rules
