Moving in or out of Aventura, FL
Aventura is the heart of what we do — our office is 7 minutes from Aventura Mall, our crew chiefs know every high-rise on Country Club Drive and Yacht Club Way, and we run 8-12 Aventura jobs every week between October and April. If you live in Williams Island, Porto Vita, Aventura Marina, Hidden Bay, Mystic Pointe, Turnberry, Bel-Mare, or any of the smaller mid-rise buildings off Biscayne Blvd, your move has been done by us before.
Specifics for Aventura moves
- COI standards. Most Aventura HOAs (Williams Island, Porto Vita, Bel-Mare) require certificate of insurance filed 48-72 hours before move day. We file it. You don’t chase paperwork.
- Elevator booking. Freight elevators in Aventura towers are typically 4-hour windows. We coordinate with concierge/HOA management to align our crew size and arrival to that window.
- Loading dock access. Buildings on Country Club Drive and around the mall have specific load-in zones — we know which side of each tower to approach.
- Snowbird-season timing. Oct-Dec inbound and Feb-Apr outbound are peak Aventura volumes. Book 3+ weeks ahead during peak; same-week is possible Jun-Sep.
