Long-distance moves out of Miami
Long-distance moves from Miami to anywhere in the continental US — Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, NYC, DC, Chicago, Texas, the West Coast. Joaquin Salazar runs our interstate crew; he’s been driving the I-95 and I-75 corridors for fifteen years. Single direct truck from origin to destination (your stuff doesn’t transfer to another carrier mid-route), one written binding quote, no surprise rebill at delivery.
What’s different about long-distance
- Binding flat-rate quote. We weigh the inventory in advance (or do a video walk-through for smaller jobs). The number you sign is the number you pay. Federal law allows non-binding estimates to swing 25% — ours don’t.
- Same truck end-to-end. Your stuff doesn’t get transferred to another carrier in Jacksonville or Atlanta. It stays on our truck until delivery.
- USDOT-licensed authority. We hold our own MC/USDOT, not a broker license. The crew on the truck is W-2 from Aventura Moving.
- Delivery window. For routes under 1,000 miles (most of FL/GA/SC/NC), delivery is next-day or 2-day. Mid-distance routes (Texas, the Midwest, the Northeast) run 2-3 days, and the West Coast 5-10 days with a 24-hour window confirmed 48 hours before delivery.
Common routes we run
Miami to Orlando (8x/month), Miami to Tampa (5x/month), Miami to Atlanta (3x/month), Miami to NYC, Miami to DC, Miami to Charlotte, Miami to Houston, Miami to LA. Reverse-direction also runs — if you’re moving INTO Miami from up north, our crew drives up empty and runs the load back themselves.
