How does Aventura Moving work?
Send us a quote request with the basics — pickup ZIP, destination ZIP, move date, home size. Our office returns a written flat-rate quote within two business hours. You sign, we lock the crew and the truck for your date, and on move day the same crew that quoted you loads and unloads. No transfers, no surprises.
How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. Written flat-rate quotes are free and no-obligation. You only pay the binding price we quote you in writing if you book the move — no markup, no fuel surcharge, no stair fee.
Why use Aventura Moving instead of a generic Miami mover?
In NE Miami-Dade the difference between a crew that knows your Aventura tower freight-elevator rules and a generic mover is the difference between a four-hour move and an eight-hour move. We've handled Williams Island, Porto Vita, Acqualina, and Bel-Mare COI logistics enough times to file the paperwork before the truck rolls up.
What if my move date changes?
Email or call the office. Free reschedule up to 48 hours before move date if there's open capacity on the alternate. Within 48 hours we still try, but the deposit may go toward the originally-held crew time if the alternate isn't available. Hurricane-watch reschedules are no-charge regardless of timing.
Can Aventura Moving handle last-minute moves?
Same-day works June through September. October through April is harder because we book three to six weeks out for snowbird-season high-rise jobs. We keep one on-call slot per day for the November-April scramble — call the office first and we'll see if it fits.
What if something gets damaged on the move?
Our crews carry $1M cargo coverage standard. File a claim with our office within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves (60 days for FL intrastate) and we handle it directly — no third-party adjuster runaround. Photo documentation at pickup and delivery (we do this on every move) makes claims faster.
Do you work with corporate relocation companies?
Yes. We have a separate flow for HR-managed corporate relocations, separate invoicing, W-9 and COI workflow, and a single point of contact at our office. Email and mention 'corporate' in the subject line.
How is Aventura Moving different from a national broker?
Brokers buy leads in bulk, sell your phone number to a dozen carriers, and don't run the trucks themselves. We're the opposite — we ARE the moving company. Our W-2 crews drive our trucks, our office answers the phone, and your written quote comes from us. No middleman, no auction, no third-party carrier you've never heard of showing up on move day.
