Flat-rate by inventory + access, no per-hour padding, no fuel surcharges, written quote valid 14 days.
Why flat-rate matters for local moves
Hourly local moves are how broker-fronted crews turn a 4-hour job into a 9-hour invoice — "slow loading," "coffee breaks," "the elevator was busy," "we had to wait for parking." You pay for it. Flat-rate transfers that risk to us — if our crew is slow, that’s our problem, not yours. The number on your written quote is the number on the invoice (barring inventory changes you sign off on at pickup).
